Rogo uses academic sessions in its programme structure.

Previously the available academic sessions where an limited set of sessions recorded in a column in the database table for modules, objectives etc as an enum which limited the availble academic session up to 2019/20.

From Rogo 6.1 a new table has been created to hold the availble academic sessions. So you can now continue your academic sessions to beyond 2019/20. You can also control if these sessions appear in the calendar or statistics screens.

Note when upgrading to Rogo 6.1 academic session up until the 2019/20 session will be automatically added to the new academic sessions table.

Note: Deleting academic sessions is only possible if that academic session is not in use i.e. not papers running in it, no objectives mapped to it. To restore a deleted session any sysadmin can go to the recycle bin an click on restore for a deleted session.
