Upload Marks for Offline Paper

Purpose

Offline paper collect together responses to exercises carried on outside of Rogo.  Rogo stores their scores and performs calculations upon them so they may be reported on as if they were conducted entirely within Rogo.  See Creating an Offline Paper.
