This will be deprecated in Rogo 7.1 by Archiving

Purpose

Housekeeping function for end of year maintenance.  

  1. Identifies any user that has a Left or Graduate role

  2. For the identified users, moves formative assessment logs to a special 'deleted' table

  3. For the identified users, moves progress test logs to a special 'deleted' table

  4. Removes any LTI associations for the users

  5. Resets users' passwords to [[blank]], preventing logon.

Important

This does not affect summative exam logs.  This is by design.

Function

Access through Administrative Tools.  Click on the Clear Old Logs icon (This may take a while to run!):
