Purpose: Holds data from the two Ebel grids at the bottom of the standard setting screen.
Joins: standards_setting table.

Field	Type	Purpose
std_setID	int(11) Unsigned	~TBP~\|
category	char(3)	Category name (i.e. EE, EN, etc
percentage	float	The percentage set for each cell of the grid divided by 100 (i.e. 40% is stored as 0.4)
