Purpose

Creates a file containing individual marks as comma-separated values.

Function

The CSV header row comprises Gender, Title, Surname, First Names, Student ID, Course, Year, Submitted followed by individual question response marks. Questions where marks may be awarded multiply are split up into extra columns:
