Clear Orphan Media

Purpose

Media files can become 'lost' by Rogo.  If a user adds a question and then deletes in, associate media files will still be stored in the server's media folder.  This function identifies the orphaned files and deletes them.

Function

Click the Clear Orphan Media icon in the Administrative Tools:

The system will delete any orphaned files and produce a report detailing

  • Orphaned Files found and deleted
  • Media files referenced by Rogo content and found to be missing
  • Clean up summary of files deleted and space reclaimed.
