Summative Exam Scheduling

Purpose

The Examination Office use this screen to schedule examinations. ExamSys administrators may also set the time, date and computer labs used in a summative examination.

Functions

The screen is divided into two sections.  The upper section shows all  unscheduled exams.  The lower shows scheduled exams.  The standard table format is followed in both sections, tabulated by Title, Month, Campus, Module(s) and Cohort Size.  

Open

If an exam has been scheduled and there is an issue with the scheduling, then a warning icon will appear next to wit along with the error message in red.
