Access Audit

Coming in Rogo 7.4.0

As part of GDPR compliance user roles assignments will be audited and viewable to system administrators via an admin screen.

Admin Screen Icon

The screen lists the following information:

Object	A link to the object affected
Object Type	The type of object i.e. student, module
Time	The timestamp of the role being added/removed
User	The user that made the change
Affected User	A link to the user the change was applied to
Source	A link to the page the change was made on
Event Type	The type of event i.e. Add User Role, Module Un-enrolement

Access Audit Screen

Via the settings link the retention period for that data can be set.
