ROGO 7.0.0

Rogo supports the display of the following 3D models via the three.js api:

pdb 

• simple hub and spoke molecules

ply

obj

• a zip archive containing the obj file and a texture map image
  • note: the obj file and the image file must have the same name.

• a zip archive containing the obj file, a mtl file and the images referenced in the mtl file
  • note: the obj file and the mtl file must have the same name.

Controls

Users can pan, zoom and rotate the objects.

Default Settings

By default threejs support will be disabled in configuraion screen and the upload of 3d file types will be disabled.

Browser Support

The webgl standards used by threejs are supported by the most recent versions of all the popular browsers. Firefox / Chrome are recommended.
