Save Fail Attempts

Purpose

This function lists events where a student's completion of a paper has failed to save.  

Rogo displays a simple table displaying the student's name, the paper, the screen in the paper that the failure occurred on, the client and the date and time.  This can be used for corroborating evidence if a student appeals due to technical failure.
